Habaneros Cigars Inc. has been faithfully serving customers since 2004. We stand behind every product we sell. Cigars are our only business. You may return our products for any reason. We guarantee our cigars and other products up to 30 days from the shipping date. After that time period, returns will not be accepted.
Return Policy Guidelines
We are confident that you will enjoy our cigars. After you smoke one or two and you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the rest of the cigars for a full refund. Please follow our guidelines below.
On cigar quantities of 20 or more (boxes or bundles):
- Full credit will be issued for cigars if tree (3) or less have been consumed.
On cigar quantities of 5 to 20:
- Full credit will be issued for cigars if two (2) or less have been consumed.
On cigar quantities less than 5:
- Full credit will be issued for cigars if one (1) have been consumed.
Please note "free offers" included with some box orders must also be returned with the box/boxes to receive proper credit.
Original shipping will be refunded only when one of the following is true:
Defective merchandise
Wrong item shipped due to our error
Damaged in transit
Returns
If you would like to return merchandise, the merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days and you must obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Habaneros Cigars Inc. You may do so in one of two ways:
You may email us at sales@habaneroscigars.com. You must include your order number, name of the item you are returning, and the reason you are returning the merchandise.
You may call Customer Service at 877-682-4427 Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST and speak to a Customer Service Representative.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Once you have obtained a RMA#, please follow these simple guidelines to return your cigars:
Please do not return any cut or partially smoked cigars. Cigars believed to be unsmokable or defective must still be in a condition to be sent back to the factory. If returns are received in less than adequate condition, our Returns Department reserves the right to refuse the package and/or deny or pro-rate your credit accordingly.
Please pack the cigars securely in a clean, odor-free carton suitable for shipping.
Enclose your original invoice in the carton, if possible.
Prominently display the RMA#, on the outside of the package.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the return is due to customer error or dislike of the product ordered.
